PARAGOULD, Ark. — An 18-year-old Paragould suspect is facing multiple felony charges after investigators said threatening videos were sent to victims showing a firearm equipped with a drum magazine while threats were made against people inside a home.
Jacob Taylor, 18, of Paragould, was arrested by the Paragould Police Department on May 13, 2026.
According to a probable cause affidavit, a victim reported on May 5 receiving threatening messages from Taylor and a co-defendant. Investigators said the victim provided several videos allegedly showing the co-defendant and Taylor recording themselves in front of the victims’ home while waving around an Uzi-style firearm equipped with a drum magazine.
The affidavit states the co-defendant could be heard threatening to shoot “multiple bullets” into the victims’ home and naming multiple specific victims inside the residence.
Authorities said the co-defendant was later arrested May 12 on unrelated drug and weapons offenses. During that investigation, officers allegedly found the same videos on the co-defendant’s phone that had previously been provided by the victim.
Taylor was booked into the Greene County Detention Center on four counts of first-degree terroristic threatening and one accomplice charge.
Court records show his bond was set at $50,000 cash or surety with a requirement that he wear an ankle monitor if released.
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
