On June 6, 2025, the JPD Street Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at an apartment at the 3500 block of Viking Street, according to the probable cause affidavit. The search was in reference to the bootlegging of alcohol. The apartment belonged to Bobby Harrison.

During the search, investigators located a bedroom containing boxes of small glass liquor bottles – 11 small bottles of liquor, the court document said.
