JONESBORO, Ark. — A registered sex offender facing probation revocation continues to delay his case while seeking treatment, but his alleged behavior online may have complicated his case.
Jonathan Enoch Bricker, an ex-MMA fighter who was convicted of possessing child sexual abuse material depicting victims as young as what appeared to be 3 years old to a state investigator, is facing revocation of his probationary status in Greene County. It stemmed from when he was arrested Sept. 5, 2024, in Baxter County.
Bricker is a level three sex offender in Arkansas. At the time a resident of Paragould, Bricker entered a guilty plea on March 25, 2019, to two counts of distributing, possessing, or viewing matter depicting sexually explicit conduct with a child. He served 149 days in prison, with a suspended sentence of 120 months. Bricker is prohibited from having a social media presence as well.
Despite being prohibited, Bricker appears to have created a Tik Tok account. A post shared over 300 times on Facebook describes the content of the account as lewd, vulgar, and highly sexualized. The account showed updates as recent as within the past day when our reporter reviewed it. It has since been made private.
Prosecutors were made aware of the account this week. The details could be used by the state to contest further delays in the case.
The case has been continued at each step since being reopened last year, with sealed VA treatment letters also being submitted to the court. The most recent update shows that on April 22, 2025, the court issued a new scheduling order setting the next court date for July 1.
NEA Report will continue to track updates in the case.
