JONESBORO, Ark. — Police encounter a variety of situations in NEA and some are stranger than others.
Jonesboro authorities shared one of the more unusual incidents on Facebook on Thursday. Earlier in the week, on Monday, March 24, police responded to a home in Jonesboro with an unusual twist. A residence had an unwanted visitor in the yard: a cow.
The responding officer wasn’t expecting to be ‘mooed’ at, as the video showed. He wasn’t sure if it was a moose, a cow, or a horse.
Backup arrived with a rope and the two officers approached the large creature. From there, the bull appears to briefly charge at the two, sending the officers fleeing.
