JONESBORO, Ark. — With the end of the political season here, several of Arkansas’ most tenured journalists will be recapping the 2024 election at the next NEA Political Animals meeting.
Friday, Dec. 13, Noon – 1:00 p.m., NEA Political Animals welcomes Roby Brock and George Jared with Talk Business & Politics to Recap the 2024 Election.
Come hear from two veteran Arkansas politicos as they give their thoughts and insights on the outcomes of the 2024 election cycle – from Mayor to President of the United States.
Roby Brock is the CEO of Natural State Media, parent company for Talk Business & Politics, a multi-media news organization reporting on business and politics in Arkansas. Under Brock’s direction, content is driven through many channels such as the Talk Business & Politics TV show, which airs Sunday mornings at 10 am on KAIT’s NBC affiliate in northeast Arkansas. Brock also moderates radio programs on NPR affiliates statewide and a daily digital newscast at TalkBusiness.net. In partnership with Hendrix College, Talk Business & Politics conducts statewide polling on political and business issues throughout the year.
George Jared is a reporter for Talk Business & Politics, covering issues related to Northeast Arkansas and the Delta. Jared is also an author and a former reporter for the Jonesboro Sun.
