NEA Baptist to Host Tree Lighting Ceremony Nov. 24

JONESBORO, Ark. — NEA Baptist is hosting a tree lighting ceremony open to the public.

The event is planned from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24 at the NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital Lobby, 4800 E. Johnson Ave. in Jonesboro.

There will be holiday treats, music by Chieftain Lane Revival, the nativity story presented by Joseph Noto of the Bono Church of Christ, a special presentation for Sleep in Heavenly Peace followed by a reading of, “Twas the Night Before Christmas”. Pictures with Santa will also be available.

The event is free to the public, but NEA Baptists asks that attendees consider bringing new twin-size bed sheets, blankets, or beds in a bag for their non-profit partner.
