JONESBORO, Ark. — An inmate died this week while in custody of the Craighead County Detention Center. Paul Kenneth Walker, 53, died on Monday night, Sept. 30, according to Chief Deputy Justin Rolland with the Craighead County Sheriff’s Office. Rolland said a male inmate was in a cell by himself.
