
JONESBORO, Ark. – Police arrested one person while another got away this week after authorities found two suspects breaking into a parked car, according to a police report.
The incident occurred around 2:20 PM on October 31 at the 1500-block of South Caraway Road in Jonesboro. Police responded to a vehicle break-in that had already occurred after two individuals pulled up to a parked vehicle, broke into it, and fled. Police pursued a suspect vehicle, an orange Dodge Challenger, observing it run a stop sign, fail to use a turn signal, speeding, and driving recklessly.
Police apprehended Terence D. Walker, 44, at a residence/home, the report says. He faces charges, including breaking and entering, and is being held on a $10,000 bond as of this report.
Authorities are still searching for the driver of the Challenger, listed as suspect one in the report. He is described as a 38-year-old black male. He faces multiple traffic violations as well as breaking and entering and theft charges.
