JONESBORO, Ark. â A late-night hotel drug bust led to one person’s arrest this week in Jonesboro.
The arrest occurred between 10 p.m. and midnight on Aug. 28 at 402 S. Gee St., according to the police report. Authorities discovered controlled substances in the room of Donna Joe Dye, 55, of Trumann.
The report states that officers found 1.75 grams of methamphetamine laced with fentanyl and three glass meth pipes.
Dye was arrested on charges of possession of meth/cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.
My question is, with all these deaths from fentynal, why did they only charge with poss of meth/coccine? Police ain’t doing their job.
