JONESBORO, Ark. – A suspect is accused of sending and receiving pornographic material to a minor and the person who told police about it was his wife.
The report was taken this week in Jonesboro but the incidents in question date back to the beginning of 2023. The complainant, 19, female, said her husband, 20, was sending and receiving pornographic material to a 15-year-old girl.
Investigators were looking into the case Wednesday. It could constitute a charge of computer child pornography, a felony.
Names and addresses were masked in the report.
