JONESBORO, Ark. – One of Jonesboro’s fitness centers has announced it is closing.
NEA Baptist Clinic Wellness Center, 2617 Phillips Drive, announced on Monday, March 13 that they would be closing in one month, on April 13.
The announcement was made to social media, with management thanking patients and members, encouraging them to continue their fitness journey with locally-owned choices.
We’ve been honored to serve our northeast Arkansas community since 2005. Through the years, we’ve seen the fitness industry in our area change and adapt to provide a wide variety of fitness options to our community, including the increased convenience of a home-based fitness routine. Considering these emerging trends along with the decreased demand for a small, community fitness center; we are sad to announce that effective April 13th, NEA Baptist Clinic Wellness Center will close its doors for the final time. Thank you to the many patients and community members who have trusted and supported us over the years. We encourage you to explore the wide variety of options in locally-owned fitness facilities who continue to inspire us all in our health journey.
