A felony vehicle theft was reported on May 4 in rural Craighead County and it happened in someone’s front yard.
The report from Craighead County Sheriff’s Office said at about 3 PM on Wednesday, May 4, a deputy was dispatched to the 6000-block of Highway 139 in Caraway. A resident met with the deputy to report the theft. The resident said sometime after midnight, a red 2015 Honda Rancher 4X4 was stolen from the front yard.
A possible suspect’s shoe prints were found in the ground and photographed into evidence.
Additional patrols are planned for the area.
