Jonesboro Police are investigating an early morning shooting that sent a 14-year-old to the hospital, a post to social media said.
A little after 2 AM in Jonesboro, a juvenile male was transported to an area hospital to be treated for a gunshot wound. Police were notified of this situation and began their investigation into this incident. A potential crime scene was located in the area of Bridge Street and Johnson Avenue.
The male victim was flown to Memphis for further treatment. His latest condition is unknown.
