Parole search leads to drug arrests in Trumann

It started as a parole search but became a search warrant and a drug bust with four arrested Friday morning in Trumann.

A parole search was conducted by ADC on Mildred Street. A search warrant was obtained by authorities afterward.

Four people were arrested in the search. Names were not included with the release.

Charges included possession of a firearm and several types of drugs including, 12.1 grams methamphetamine, psilocybin mushrooms, marijuana plants, and 7 ounces of marijuana.

Police called the address a “one-stop-shop of drugs and crime.”

    Who cares about this nonsense anyway…A few plants?
    Most of the weed probably went home with some of these obese officers and back on the street!?!?
