One shot Tuesday night in Jonesboro

One person was sent to a local hospital after a shooting Tuesday night in Jonesboro.

Around 10:20 pm, Jonesboro Police responded to multiple shots heard in the 1000 block of Vine Street.

In a press release, police said one victim was reported. They were being treated at an area hospital as of the last update. No word was given on specific condition.

Police say CID has been called in to begin their investigation.
