
A Great Dane trailer unit valued at $26,000 was reported stolen Friday morning. It was thought to have been stolen in Texas. The report was filed online.
Another trailer theft was detailed in reports released Monday, but this theft was thought to have happened between 12/3 and 12/6, 2020. It was reported stolen from the 2800-block of Quality Way in Jonesboro. The report said the Cobb Police Department recovered the trailer.
A man was arrested after an officer who was off duty noticed him driving all over the road with a child sitting on the lap of a passenger. Matthew A. Tucker 29, of Jonesboro, was arrested Friday afternoon for third degree endangering the welfare of a minor and hazardous driving.

A victim sustained a gunshot wound to the chest between 9 PM and 11 PM Saturday at the 100-block of Holmes Road. The police report says that the suspect shot the victim with a handgun and then fled the scene. The only details about the suspect visible in the report were that it was an African American male.
Police shut down a party early Sunday at building 9 of the 500-block of North Caraway Road. A large group were arrested for minor in possession of alcohol while a 22-year-old was arrested for contributing alcohol to minors.
