JONESBORO, Ark. – One person was injured in a shooting Wednesday night in Jonesboro and police are working to find the person responsible.
It happened around 7 PM Wednesday night, March 25, at an apartment complex at the 300-block of State Street in Jonesboro, JPD’s Public Information Specialist Sally Smith told NEA Report. A male suspect was shot in the leg. A tourniquet was applied on the scene as EMS arrived. The victim was transported to a local hospital.
At 8 PM, investigators were inside the residence looking for evidence, clues, or any information that could lead them to the suspect. If you have any tips, JPD wants to hear from you. Call the desk sergeant at 870-935-5657.
