Kila Owens named President of St. Bernards Foundation

JONESBORO, Ark. – Kila Owens has been named President of St. Bernards Foundation.

Owens, having previously served as Media Relations Manager for St. Bernards Healthcare, brings 13 years of experience to the role. In her new role as President of St. Bernards Foundation, she will oversee fundraising operations for St. Bernards. Owens will be responsible for working with volunteers in fund development efforts, education and healthcare programs that support the formal mission of St. Bernards – providing Christ-like healing to the community through education, treatment and health services.

Prior to joining St. Bernards, she served as Media Relations Specialist for Ghidotti Communications in Little Rock, where she worked with clients including CHI St. Vincent and the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra. From 2006 to 2014, Owens served as Public Relations Coordinator for the Arkansas Children’s Hospital Foundation in Little Rock.

Owens received her Bachelor of Science in Journalism degree in 2006 from Arkansas State University. She is a graduate of Leadership Jonesboro and is also a member of Junior Auxiliary of Jonesboro.
