Haag-Brown Commercial Real Estate announced the news Wednesday morning. The location has not been announced but has been selected. It will be announced after the current tenant announces they’re leaving, said Principal Josh Brown.
The opening will happen this year and 160 new jobs will be created from it, Haag-Brown posted. The establishment will be locally owned and operated.
