MELBOURNE, Ark. – A 44-year-old Sage man was arrested for alleged assault and other charges indicating children were present.
According to Chief Deputy Earnie Blackley on November 29, Kenneth Douglas Smith age 44 of Sage was arrested by Deputy Geoffrey Watts for terroristic threatening 2nd degree, two counts of endangering the welfare of minor and domestic battering 3rd degree. Smith was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and given an O.R. bond. Smith is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on December 14.
On November 28, Bradley Don Skidmore age 40 of Oxford was arrested by Deputy Rusty Ford for aggravated assault. Skidmore was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and given a OR bond. Skidmore is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on December 20.
On November 30, Heath Earl Freeman of Norfolk was arrested by Deputy Mindy Jones for aggravated assault. Freeman was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $2500 bond. Freeman is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on December 20.
On November 30, Maxwell Isaac Gregg age 30 of Oxford was arrested by Deputy Dennis Hutchins for domestic battery 3rd degree. Gregg was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and given a OR bond. Gregg is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on December 14.
On November 27, Richard Alford Magourik ll was arrested by Deputy Mindy Jones for failure to appear. Magourik is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center with no bond. Magourik is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on December 20.
On December 1, Kathy Mae Pannell age 58 was arrested by Deputy DJ Tiernan for possession of a controlled substance and driving while license suspended. Pannell was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $1615 bond. Pannell is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on December 14.
On December 1, Donathan Fifer Speak age 42 of Calico Rock was arrested by Deputy Geoffrey Watts for failure to pay fines. Speak is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $1906.29 cash bond. Speak is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on December 14.
On December 1, Donnie Lee Speak age 65 of Calico Rock was arrested by Deputy Geoffrey Watts for failure to pay registration fee, defective lights and driving while license suspended. Speak was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $755 bond. Speak is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on December 14.
