Izard County weekly roundup

MELBOURNE, Ark. – The Izard County Detention Center’s jail count rose over the past week, the weekly roundup said Monday morning.

On November 12th, Dianna Carol Hall age 56 of Leslie was arrested by Deputy DJ Tiernan for Petition of Revoke, Hall is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Facility with No Bond, Hall is scheduled to appear in the Izard County Circuit Court on November 22nd.

On November 15th, Maxwell Isaac Gregg age 30 of Oxford was arrested by Deputy Dennis Hutchins for Domestic Battery 3rd Degree, Gregg in incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of a $2,500 Cash, Gregg is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court in Melbourne November 30th.

On November 11th, Samuel Noakes age 35 of Mammoth Spring was arrested by Deputy Mike Smith for Driving while Suspended/Revoked License, Failure to pay Registration/License Fee and No Insurance. Noakes was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Facility and Noakes is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court in Horseshoe Bend on December 12th

On November 16th, Joseph Michael Hutton age 36 of Mt. Pleasant was arrested by Deputy Mike Smith for Driving while Suspended, Failure to pay Registration fee and Improper use of Registration. Hutton was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Facility and bonded on a $955 bond. Hutton is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court in Horseshoe Bend on Jan. 2, 2018.

On November 17th, Lance Christian Curnutt age 18 of Melbourne was arrested for Harassing Communication and 2 counts of Harassment. Curnutt was incarcerated and was given an OR Bond. Curnutt is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court in Melbourne on December 14th.

On November 17th, Russell Wilber Blevins age 52 of Violet Hill was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for a warrant out of Lawrence County. Blevins was transferred to Lawrence County.

On November 16th, Jennifer Louise Quearry age 38 of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy Geoffrey Watts for 18 counts of Fraudulent use of Credit Card. Quearry was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Facility and bonded on a $1500 bond. Quearry is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court in Melbourne on December 14th.

On November 15th, Justin Chance Tate age 30 of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy Rusty Ford for Domestic Battery 3rd Degree. Tate was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Facility and was given an OR Bond. Tate is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court in Melbourne on December 14th.

On November 14th, Jeremy Adam Walker age 41 of Mammoth Spring was arrested by Deputy Evan Jones for Failure to Pay Fines. Walker was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Facility and was given an OR Bond. Walker in scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court in Melbourne on November 30th.

On November 14th, Cydney Dianna Taylor age 22 of Calico Rock was arrested by Deputy Jaden Whitfield for no vehicle license, no insurance and driving while License suspended. Taylor was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Facility and bonded on a $750 Bond. Taylor is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court in Melbourne on December 14th.

On November 12th, Cynthia Ilene Skinner age 44 of Batesville was arrested by Deputy Rusty Ford for driving while license suspended. Skinner was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Facility and bonded on a $365 bond. Skinner is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court in Melbourne on November 30th.

On November 18th, Connor Lee Robbins age 20 of Viola was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for public intoxication and Possession of liquor by minor. Robbins was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Facility and bonded on a $540 bond. Robbins in scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court in Melbourne on December 14th.

On November 18, Jacob Payne Everett age 20 of Salem was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for public intoxication and Possession of liquor by minor. Everett was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Facility and bonded on a $540 bond. Everett in scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court in Melbourne on December 14th.

On November 19, Corey Daniel Shelton age 42 of Dolph was arrested by Deputy Geoffrey Watts for Domestic Battery 3rd Degree, endangering welfare minor 2nd degree and disorderly conduct. Shelton was incarcerated in the Izard county detention facility and bonded on a $500 cash bond. Shelton is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court in Melbourne on December 14th.
