Family reports woman missing for three weeks

JONESBORO, Ark. – A 35-year-old woman has been missing for at least three weeks and the family is needing the public’s help in finding her.

At 1 p.m. on Friday, June 9, a concerned father, Martin Goins, came to Jonesboro Police Department at 1001 South Caraway Road to report his daughter was missing. Jennifer Goins, 35, of Jonesboro, was last seen three weeks ago. She had been at the Salvation Army in Jonesboro, the report said.

The police report states she was last seen three weeks back with a subject by the name of “Carl Rorrie” at St. Bernard’s with heavy bruising. The report alleged Rorrie had caused the bruising.

The father said his daughter had a mental health factor and he is concerned for her safety. She has not been seen at either hospital in Jonesboro or at the county jail, when he checked on her.
