JONESBORO, Ark. – A 21-year-old bride-to-be must have been delighted to receive a beautiful engagement ring – but she needs help finding it after the valuable memento vanished from her sight in Jonesboro.
As Memorial Day Weekend began on Friday, May 26, the female complainant, 21, came into Jonesboro Police Department and reported the incident. The young lady said she was tanning at Palm Beach Tan at 3228 South Caraway Road when she took her ring off to get into the tanning bed.
That’s the last time she remembered seeing it.
The ring was described as a cushion cut Vera Wang engagement ring with a double halo blue sapphire stone under main stone. The ring is 14 karat white gold and is engraved with the words, “One and Only.”
The ring is valued at $5,409.98.
