JONESBORO, Ark. – Beginning Monday, March 13, and continuing through Nov. 6, the City of Jonesboro incinerator will operate under extended hours.
The new spring/summer hours will be as follows:
Monday – Friday
7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday
8 a.m. to noon
The incinerator, located at 2650 Lacy Drive, is a service for Jonesboro residents to dispose of yard waste and tree limbs free of charge.
County residents and commercial businesses, including lawn care, tree management and landscaping services, are charged a fee to dispose of green waste at the incinerator.
