Insomnia Cookies to Open New Bakery in Jonesboro’s Greensborough Village

JONESBORO, Ark. – Insomnia Cookies, the popular bakery chain known for its late-night cookie delivery service, is set to open a new location in Jonesboro.

The bakery will be situated in the heart of Greensborough Village, joining other well-loved establishments such as Deso Chocolate, Viva Tropicana, and Backroad Social.

The new Insomnia Cookies bakery will cater to the sweet cravings of Jonesboro residents, offering in-store, pickup, and delivery options. The menu includes a variety of cookies such as Classic Chocolate Chunk, Snickerdoodle, and Confetti Deluxe, as well as Cookies IN Ice Cream flavors, brookies, brownies, blondies, vegan options, and a rotating selection of limited-edition treats.

Taylor Halsey, from Halsey Thrasher Harpole Real Estate Group, played a key role in bringing Insomnia Cookies to Greensborough Village. Halsey represented The Urban Loft Company in the transaction and expressed enthusiasm for the project, saying, “I enjoyed working with the broker for Insomnia Cookies as well as The Urban Loft Co. team on this project.
