PARAGOULD, Ark. — A Paragould man was arrested after police said video showed a man breaking into a shed and stealing numerous items.
Cody A. Conder, 37, was arrested for breaking or entering and theft of property, both Class D felonies.
According to the probable cause affidavit, officers were dispatched Oct. 29, 2025, to a residence in the 1100 block of South Third Street in reference to a break-in. Officers were told a male had broken into a shed and stolen numerous items.
The victim provided video of the incident and told police he believed the suspect was Conder, the affidavit said.
Police said Conder was found living at a neighboring residence. The video depicted a bald male with throat tattoos consistent with Conder’s description, according to the affidavit.
The affidavit also noted Conder had prior history involving breaking or entering and theft charges.
Judge Curtis Hitt set bond at $35,000 cash or surety and added a no-contact order in the case.
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
