PARAGOULD, Ark. — An 18-year-old Greene County man is facing two charges of rape involving victims under the age of 14.
According to the probable cause affidavit, the Greene County Sheriff’s Office received a report about a possible sexual assault involving two minors under the age of 14. The next day, an investigator with the Crimes Against Children Division, Lesley Faulkner, interviewed a minor male victim.
The male told the investigator about sexual acts that would constitute rape by definition of the statute, the affidavit said. The acts were said to have happened at two locations in Greene County between January 3, 2024, and June 26, 2025. The defendant was identified as Hunter Wallace.
A second minor victim was interviewed. They, too, described sexual acts that would constitute rape. Wallace was identified as the person who committed the acts.
Witness interviews were conducted. Investigators said they corroborated that Wallace did have access to the minor children when the acts were reported to have occurred.
Hunter Wallace, 18, was arrested on Aug. 15 on two counts of rape, a Class Y felony punishable by 10 to 40 years or life in prison.
Jail records indicate that bail has been set at $1 million.
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
