Dr. Jerry Balentine, New York Insititute to Technology president and C.E.O., and John Logan, president of the Mississippi County Hospital System board of directors, sign a memorandum of understanding between the two institutions that establishes a formal partnership between the Jonesboro-based medical school and the hospital system. The MOU includes a commitment to establish a new family medicine residency program at the hospital.
