PARAGOULD, Ark. — A Paragould man is facing a felony charge after police say he stole a motorcycle during a Facebook Marketplace exchange and hid it inside his home.
According to a probable cause affidavit, the alleged theft occurred on July 23, 2025. The victim told police he met a man at a local gas station to sell a motorcycle listed on Facebook Marketplace. The man reportedly asked to test drive the motorcycle a short distance, but then drove past the agreed location and never returned.
The victim said he was later blocked on Facebook but was able to provide police with the man’s first name and a photo taken as the suspect rode away.
Investigators identified the suspect as Anthony Pharrow, 25, of Paragould. Police later conducted a traffic stop on Pharrow, who was driving a black Dodge Charger. Officers went to his residence and reportedly found the stolen motorcycle inside the living room.
Pharrow was arrested and faces a charge of theft of property, a Class D felony. His bail was set at $10,000.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
