JONESBORO, Ark. — Two people were injured in a shooting Saturday night in the 3600 block of Landsbrook, according to Jonesboro police.
Officers responded to reports of gunfire at approximately 8:55 p.m. and found one person with a gunshot wound to the leg and another with a possible graze wound to the head. The first officer on the scene applied a tourniquet to the leg wound to stop the bleeding, police said.
One person was taken to a hospital for treatment. Authorities said neither injury is considered life-threatening.
As of late Saturday, no suspects had been identified. The investigation is ongoing.
