Local Man Arrested on Fentanyl Possession Charges

JONESBORO, Ark. – A local man is accused of being in possession of fentanyl with intent of delivering it, a police report says.

Tyreca Elmore, a 24-year-old resident of Jonesboro, is facing serious allegations of possessing fentanyl with the intent to distribute, as reported in a recent police statement.

The arrest of Elmore took place between 4 PM and 5 PM on September 13 at his residence, located in the 1800-block of Henry Street. This residence is identified as his official address in the police report.

Elmore’s apprehension resulted from a probation search conducted by the JPD Street Crimes Unit. During this search, law enforcement authorities uncovered a single blue fentanyl pill packaged in a cellophane wrapper. In addition to this discovery, a THC dab pen was also found at the scene.

Consequently, Tyreca Elmore is now facing a felony charge of possessing fentanyl with the intent to distribute.
