JONESBORO, Ark. – Human remains were found Saturday during search effort in Jonesboro.
EquuSearch Midwest, along with the Jonesboro Police Department and Coroner Toby Emerson, confirm human remains were found in Southwest Jonesboro today. These remains will be sent to the State Crime Lab for positive identification.
“We would like to thank everyone who came out to aid in the search,” JPD said in a statement.
The search had been organized for missing woman Lisa Prescott, who had not been seen since 2018.
No other information about the remains were available.
PRAYERS THAT THIS WILL BE LISA’S BODY, SO HER FAMILY AND FRIENDS CAN HAVE CLOSURE. SHE HAS A GROUP THAT HAS BEEN VERY FAITHFUL LOOKING FOR HER. THIS HAS BEEN A VERY SAD CASE.
