Founder of beloved Trumann steakhouse passes away

TRUMANN, Ark. – A local restaurant known throughout NEA announced the passing of its founder and namesake Monday morning.

Jerry Pillow, founder and namesake of Jerry’s Steak House in Trumann, passed away Saturday morning, August 29th.

The steak house will be closed Monday, September 7th, through Wednesday, September 9th, to mourn his passing and celebrate his life.

No in-person gathering will be held due to the pandemic.

He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
