Armed robbery of person at Dollar General

JONESBORO, Ark. – An individual was robbed at Dollar General on Stadium Boulevard in Jonesboro.

It was first reported as a robbery of a business, but turned out to be an individual, said Public Information Specialist Sally Smith. A victim was reportedly robbed in the parking lot of Dollar General, 3619 Stadium Boulevard, sometime after 7 PM.

The victim had left the scene and officers tried to make contact with them to no avail.

Police are attempting to retrieve video, as of about 9 PM.
