
JONESBORO, Ark. – Businesses in Jonesboro and across NEA were affected by a phone service outage Monday morning, Nov. 13.
A representative for Ritter Communications confirmed their services experienced an interruption on Monday morning. The rep, speaking to NEA Report, said at about 11 a.m. the problems were believed to have been addressed or at least, were in the process of being fixed.
A number of businesses and agencies contacted NEA Report stating they were experiencing problems with service. Even Wynne Police Department made a post regarding the issue.
ALL City Departments have Ritter Communications for our Phone Service. We understand that the Schools as well as County Offices have Ritter service as well. Other departments and agencies also reported similar problems.
A post by Ritter via their Facebook page said they were aware of the issue.
