JONESBORO, Ark. – A suspect completely destroyed her hotel room this week in Jonesboro, a report said.
The report was taken Wednesday morning, June 21, at Econo Lodge, 2406 Phillips Drive in Jonesboro, but the incident happened between June 18 at 1:06 p.m. and June 21, 11 a.m. Pearl Maequeshia Knighton, 22, of Sacramento, CA, was staying in the room but when she checked out, staff found the room – and two adjacent rooms – had taken large damage.
Room 119 had furniture stuffing ripped out and all over the floor. The TV was broken, the microwave door ripped off, the headboard had “bitch,” written on it and the mirror had “curry eater” written on it, the officer reported. Other writing was illegible.
The room had also flooded, which caused flooding in two more rooms.
Knighton was said to have been who checked in prior to the damage taking place.
The responsible suspect could face felony charges.
