Crooks break into business on Aggie

JONESBORO, Ark. – Suspects targeted a business on Aggie Road for a quick steal, according to a report made to Jonesboro police Tuesday.

Just after 10 a.m. Tuesday morning, police were dispatched to Willie T’s (body shop) on Aggie Road in Jonesboro about a commercial burglary. Officers immediately noticed fresh pry marks on the front door jam.

The most significant theft was of a silver 2006 Pontiac G6. While officers were taking the report, Crittenden County Sheriff’s Department located the stolen car in Earle.

Several smaller items were reported stolen, including a Dell laptop, welding glasses, a Sprint tablet and an Apple Watch.

A suspect was taken into custody for theft by receiving but authorities are still searching for the burglar. The suspect faces multiple felonies.
