JONESBORO, Ark. – Sliding a cell phone under a door to record someone while they’re taking a shower is not only abhorrently creepy, it is a felony which could send you to jail.
A 25-year-old female reported Tuesday in Jonesboro the incident. All identities are being concealed to protect the victim, who told police she was trying to take a shower when a male roommate slid his phone under her locked door to capture video of her.
As one might expect, she was very upset and alerted her other roommate who came to her defense and witnessed the ordeal, the report said.
She told police she promptly left and moved out of the residence.
Police collected statements from witnesses and are investigating the case.
