JONESBORO, Ark. — One woman, two trips and over $3,000 in video games stolen are all part of why police are searching for a suspected store thief.
It was discovered that on two different days, a suspect stole a combined total of $3,000 worth of video games from Walmart, according to the Jonesboro Police Department incident report.
The theft was reported on Tuesday when a Walmart employee brought to police a video depicting a female placing games from the electronics department and then exiting the store.
However, she forgot one vital stop on the way out – the checkout line.

Police noticed that when the suspect entered the store, her purse was relatively flat and open but when leaving, the purse was closed with a noticeable bulge.
Both days, individual losses were over $1,000 with a combined loss of approximately $3,000.
