JONESBORO, Ark. – A vandal showed his interest in politics in the wrong way Monday night.
Jonesboro police were dispatched to the 1000-block of Freeman Street just before 7 a.m. Tuesday in response to a vehicle vandalism. When the officer arrived, he spoke with a black man who said during the night, someone vandalized his vehicle in his driveway, according to the incident report.
The unknown suspect spray painted several vulgarities on the vehicle, including, “Die Nigga,” “White Power,” “KKK,” and “Nigga.”
The vehicle also displayed political dialogue, with the words “Trump Rules” appearing boldly in paint on the man’s front hood.
The perpetrator poured sugar into the man’s gas tank, too.
Authorities believe it is a dispute between neighbors, as the man had recently called authorities on a resident down the street. Police are investigating and the suspect faces felony charges.
