JONESBORO, Ark. – Several residential burglaries took place over the July 4th weekend in Jonesboro, including one at the 1700-block of South Church Street.
A couple returned to their residence after a day away just before midnight Saturday, finding the home “ransacked.” The male resident noticed a kitchen window had been broken out.
The female resident informed officers of a missing lockbox and two missing samurai swords from a display, however both were found laying around the house.
A child’s green Mongoose “trick” style bicycle with F-150 graphics and foot pegs was reported stolen.
A vehicle break-in occurred at the residence just days prior to this incident.
