Jonesboro-Based SANY Launches Three New Beyond Resilience Protein Snacks

Jonesboro-based SANY Nutrition Group has launched Fro-Bite, Mini Brittles and Crunch Pops under its Beyond Resilience brand, with a New York showcase planned Oct. 28.

JONESBORO, Ark. — SANY Nutrition Group announced three new Beyond Resilience protein snacks Monday, Oct. 26, expanding the lineup produced at its Jonesboro manufacturing facility ahead of a New York City showcase this week.

Fro-Bite, Mini Brittles and Crunch Pops are available now online, according to the family-owned company. SANY plans to showcase the products at Pepcom’s Holiday Spectacular on Wednesday, Oct. 28, in New York City.

The lineup includes frozen fruit coated in protein chocolate, bite-sized caramel and chocolate brittle, and crispy protein pops in sweet and savory flavors. The company says the products provide between 4 and 16 grams of protein per serving, depending on the snack and flavor.

“Our Fro-Bite, Mini Brittles, and Crunch Pops embody everything Beyond Resilience stands for: protein that tastes like a treat, not a compromise,” said Angela Pernsteiner, founder and investor of SANY Nutrition Group. “Whether you’re craving something cool and fruity, rich and chocolatey, or bold and savory, we wanted to give people snacks they could reach for anywhere, anytime, without giving up the flavor or crunch they love.”

Three New Snacks

Fro-Bite features real frozen fruit wrapped in sugar-free protein chocolate. Flavors include Strawberry, Banana + Peanut Butter, Mango and Blueberry Granola, with dark or white protein chocolate coatings. Each serving contains 4 grams of protein, or 6 grams in the Banana + Peanut Butter variety, according to SANY. A 7.97-ounce package costs $6.98.

Mini Brittles combine caramelized speculoos cream and protein crisps under a milk chocolate coating. The Caramel & Milk Chocolate variety contains 7.5 grams of protein per 40-gram serving and no artificial coloring, the company said. A 7.05-ounce bag costs $7.99.

Crunch Pops come in six flavors: Chili & Lime, Nacho Cheddar, Caramelized Corn, Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate and White Chocolate. SANY lists 16 grams of protein per 20-gram serving for the savory varieties and 14 grams for the chocolate varieties. The company says the savory pops also can be added to salads and soups. A 2.12-ounce pouch costs $5.99, and an eight-pouch box is also available.

The products can be ordered at b-resilience.com. From Nov. 1 through Jan. 1, customers can use the code ProteinSeason for 15% off orders of $60 or more, according to the release.

Expanding the Beyond Resilience Line

The new products join the Beyond Resilience Protein Crunch Bar, a caramel-chocolate bar with 15 grams of protein per two-bar serving.

SANY said its broader product pipeline also includes Prookies, Giant Clusters and Vitamin Splash.

Prookies are soft, layered cookie-style protein bites with 15 grams of protein per serving. Planned flavors include Biscoff, Hazelnut, Peanut Butter and Vanilla Pretzel, with milk and white chocolate varieties.

Giant Clusters are caramel and chocolate protein clusters with 15 grams of protein per serving, in dark, milk and white chocolate varieties.

Vitamin Splash features chocolate-coated freeze-dried fruit, with 4 to 6 grams of protein and 20 milligrams of added vitamin C per serving. The lineup includes strawberry, banana and peanut butter, pineapple, date and peanut, mango and coconut.

The company said it is developing a range of snacks for different occasions rather than focusing on a single protein-bar format.

Manufacturing in Jonesboro

SANY said all three newly launched snacks are made at its Jonesboro facility, which has the capacity to produce up to 500 million bars and bites annually. The company says its operation combines European and American manufacturing technology and can move products from concept to shelf-ready in weeks.

The family-owned and family-operated manufacturer said it has invested in its facility and additional land to support future growth in products, brands, customers and manufacturing capabilities.

Its services include product development, brand and packaging design, custom formulations, regulatory and labeling support, ingredient sourcing, quality assurance, manufacturing, nationwide warehousing and distribution. Its product categories span bakery and pastries, nutrition products, snacks, frozen and freeze-dried foods, and pet snacks.

“This is a single manufacturing platform serving multiple markets with limitless possibilities,” Pernsteiner said. “These three snack launches demonstrate how quickly the platform can turn great ideas into great products. We have laid the foundation in Jonesboro to continue innovating, expanding, and developing products for years to come.”
