MARSHALL, Ark. — Richard Allan Bradley, 34, of Marshall, pleaded guilty on September 28, 2026, in Searcy County Circuit Court to 40 felony counts involving Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Circuit Judge H.G. Foster sentenced Bradley to 80 years in the Arkansas Division of Correction.
The convictions followed an investigation by the Arkansas State Police (ASP) Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force into Bradley’s possession and distribution of CSAM, as well as sexually explicit online communications with people who identified themselves as children.
The investigation included CyberTipline reports submitted through the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, search warrants for online accounts, and forensic examinations of electronic devices. Investigators recovered images and videos depicting the sexual abuse of children, along with communications in which Bradley solicited explicit material from individuals who said they were between 10 and 16 years old.
Investigators also determined that Bradley sent CSAM during those conversations and paid for explicit images and videos.
ASP Special Agents executed a search warrant at Bradley’s Marshall residence on December 10, 2025, seized nine cellphones, and arrested Bradley.
The ASP ICAC Task Force led the investigation, with assistance from other ASP personnel and the Mississippi Attorney General’s Office.
Bradley received a 20-year sentence on each of the 40 counts. The court ordered four sentences to run consecutively and the remaining sentences concurrently, resulting in an 80-year prison sentence. Bradley was also ordered to register as a sex offender.
