Parkin has been a speed trap for years. They pull you over for speeding then tell you they’ll do you a favor and write you an “inattentive driving” ticket. 100% of which goes to the city as opposed to a speeding ticket would be split amongst other agencies.
They have had some questionable officers over the years as well. They should be made to refund all those BS tickets.
Sounds like Jonesboro..only place in the state of Arkansas to make you pay to do EVERYTHING…my children go play outside the neighbor calls bc he doesnt want to hear children..police say i need to register for outside activies. I failed to realize being in my yard during the daytime was against the law. I have to have permission for my children to play outside in craighead county?? Neighbor is on video repeating saying that he will kill my children and the police do NOTHING..Jonesboro Police are a joke when it comes to the safety of our children
