Marion Suspect Arrested in Paragould Walmart Theft Case

PARAGOULD, Ark. — A Marion suspect was arrested after police said she left a Paragould Walmart with more than $300 in merchandise without paying.

Victoria Robinson, 28, of Marion, was arrested on a felony theft of property charge, a Class D felony, according to a probable cause affidavit from the Paragould Police Department.

The affidavit states that Paragould officers took a theft report on March 1, 2026, from Walmart, 2802 W. Kingshighway. A Walmart employee told police Robinson and a co-defendant entered the store, selected merchandise valued at $337.15, and went to a self-checkout area.

Police said Robinson bagged the merchandise and then left the store without paying.

Walmart provided a video of the incident, according to the affidavit. Police said it was later discovered that Robinson had been charged several times for theft of property. The affidavit says her most recent theft conviction was Oct. 15, 2025.

Judge Curtis Hitt set Robinson’s bail at $15,000.
