Ollie’s Bargain Outlet To Open in Old Big Lots Location in Jonesboro

30,000 SF lease marks retailer’s first store in Jonesboro, and a major backfill success led by LRG Commercial

Jonesboro, AR – November 11, 2025 – LRG Commercial is pleased to announce that Ollie’s Bargain Outlet has leased 30,000 square feet at 1907 Woodsprings Road in Jonesboro, Arkansas. This location represents Ollie’s first store in Jonesboro as the retailer continues their rapid expansion across the Mid-South.

The transaction was brokered by Garrett McPherson, CCIM, Executive Broker at LRG Commercial, who represented the landlord. Sarah Egart and Scott Bitney of Location CRE in St. Louis represented Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in the lease negotiations.

The deal was more than a year in the making. Following the closure of Big Lots at the property, LRG Commercial identified an opportunity to reposition the 30,000 SF space and proactively engaged Ollie’s as a strong backfill candidate. The result is a new anchor tenant that will drive traffic and complement the surrounding national retailers.
