JONESBORO, Ark. — A registered sex offender who failed to appear in court this week for his probation revocation hearing is now the subject of a nationwide extradition order.
Jonathan Enoch Bricker, 42, was due in Greene County Circuit Court on July 14 for trial. Court records show Bricker was ordered to appear at 9 a.m., but he failed to respond or appear. At 3:48 p.m., Circuit Judge Melissa Richardson issued an order directing that Bricker be entered into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) with a nationwide extradition notation. It was indicated in court that Bricker was in Puerto Rico.
“This Court orders that the Defendant should be entered in the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) to enable the bondsman to extradite Defendant back to Arkansas,” the order states.

Failing to appear for a felony hearing in circuit court is itself a Class C felony in Arkansas. On July 15, a warrant was issued for Bricker’s arrest on the charge of failure to appear.

Bricker, a former MMA fighter and level three sex offender, was originally convicted in 2019 of possessing and distributing child sexual abuse material. The conviction included depictions of victims as young as 3 years old, according to a state investigator’s affidavit. He received a 10-year suspended sentence after serving 149 days in jail.
Since then, Bricker has been accused of violating the terms of his probation. His record includes a felony conviction for failure to register as a sex offender, court-confirmed false statements to law enforcement about his contact with children, and multiple arrests, including one for domestic battery in September 2024.
In recent months, Bricker’s revocation proceedings have been delayed repeatedly, with filings by his attorney indicating he was undergoing inpatient mental health treatment at a VA hospital in Little Rock. However, prosecutors signaled growing frustration with the delays after discovering a TikTok account allegedly operated by Bricker. The account, which has since been made private, included vulgar and sexually explicit content, according to a viral Facebook post. Bricker is prohibited from having a social media presence.
The Greene County case had been reset multiple times, most recently for trial on July 14. The failure to appear now opens Bricker up to additional felony charges and potential extradition back to Arkansas from wherever he may be located.
As of Thursday, he had not been arrested.
Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Adam Butler stressed that his office is taking the case with Bricker seriously.
“We take this case specifically, and all cases of this nature, very seriously, and we’re going to do everything we can to prosecute Mr. Bricker in a manner that is appropriate given the circumstances of this case,” Butler told NEA Report.
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
