WYNNE, Ark. — On Friday, March 21, 2025, Special Agents with the Arkansas State Police (ASP) Criminal Investigation Division (CID) arrested former Cross County Sheriff Deputy Dillon Kemp, 26, of Wynne, following an investigation into allegations of sexual assault.
Cross County Sheriff David West requested ASP’s CID to investigate the allegations on Monday, March 17, 2025. The investigation revealed that Kemp sexually assaulted two juvenile females in previous years.
Kemp was arrested without incident at the Cross County Sheriff’s Office and has been charged with two felony counts of Second-Degree Sexual Assault.
