PARAGOULD, Ark. — A man was arrested recently on a charge of rape after a minor accused him of the act in a report made in Greene County.
On August 10, 2024, the alleged victim went to the Greene County Sheriff’s Department to report a rape that had occurred in Greene County, according to the probable cause affidavit. The minor was interviewed using the Child First Interview Protocol.
During the interview, the minor described acts that would constitute rape by statute.
The alleged victim named the defendant the male who had committed the act.
Kaden Miller, 21, was arrested on January 9, 2025 for rape, a Class Y felony punishable by up to life in prison. Bond was set at $250,000 by Judge Dan Stidham.
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
