JONESBORO, Ark. – Two people were arrested over the weekend in Jonesboro after a traffic stop led police to discover drugs and money.
It happened around 12:18 AM on October 7 at the 1900-block of East Johnson Avenue. Police performed a traffic stop on a blue 2018 Dodge Charger for expired tags.
Within a short time, police had searched the vehicle and located several suspected ecstasy pills, over 22 grams of marijuana, and $11,000 in cash.
Tiffany D. Hooper, 37 of Jonesboro, and Patrick Bernard Reed, 46, of Blytheville, were arrested on charges including possession of a schedule VI substance, possession of a schedule I or II not meth or cocaine, and possession with purpose to deliver or manufacture of counterfeit substance.
